The price for hiring a bartender is 350 DKK per hour.

There is a minimum rental period of 6 hours, and this time also covers setup and cleanup.

Example of pricing:

• Hire 2 bartenders for 6 hours (for approx. 60 guests): 4200 DKK
• Hire 3 bartenders for 6 hours (for approx. 90 guests): 6300 DKK
• Hire 4 bartenders for 6 hours (for approx. 120 guests): 8400 DKK

Yes, of course! We’ll talk with you and put together a cocktail menu that matches your preferences and the theme of your event. Our bartenders can also create signature cocktails especially for your party if you’d like something unique.

Yes! We offer several delicious mocktails and other non-alcoholic drinks, so all guests can join in and enjoy festive drinks—no matter their preferences.

If only beer and wine are served, we recommend 1 bartender per 75 guests.

If cocktails are also being served, the rule of thumb is 1 bartender per 30 guests to avoid long queues.

We recommend booking as early as possible—especially during peak seasons. For smaller events, we can often help on short notice, but if you want to be sure of availability, it’s best to contact us well in advance.

We primarily deliver in Copenhagen and within a radius of 15-150 km, including cities such as Hellerup, Charlottenlund, Holte, Rungsted, Kokkedal and Klampenborg among others. For more precise information about delivery costs and fees, please fill out the form.
